Vanessa Sparks Stegall, 68, of Eden went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 23, 2023 at Annie Penn Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Love Thy Neighbour Baptist Church.

Vanessa was born in Reidsville on November 1, 1954, a daughter of George Thomas Sparks and Frances Hurd Sparks, both deceased.  She was a homemaker and devoted member of Love Thy Neighbour Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Raymond Stegall.

Vanessa is survived by her son, B.J. Stegall and wife Sandra; her siblings, Fonda, Tommie Ann and Dean; and her granddaughter, Nikki.
