Boone and Cooke Funeral Home Directions

Our funeral home was completely remodeled and updated in 2023. We take great pride in our facility which offers a warm, home-like atmosphere. Our firm was the 2007 Recipient of the Eden Chamber of Commerce Award for Landscaping. The Garden of Remembrance features colorful planter beds and a beautiful fountain.

From Greensboro area - East

  • Take US 29 north (future Interstate 785) to Exit 153 (NC Hwy 14/US158)
  • Exit and turn left at top of ramp
  • Travel approx. 10 miles to Eden
  • As you come to the city limits, do not cross the bridge over Dan River
  • At the 1st stoplight, take left onto Hwy. 770 West (Harrington Hwy),
  • Continue through 2 stoplights (approx. 5 miles straight on Harrington Hwy) until you reach a stop sign.
  • Take a right and Boone & Cooke will be 1 block on the left.

From Greensboro area - West- Airport

  • Take Hwy. 68 north to US 220 north
  • Travel approx. 12 miles to NC 135 (Eden/Mayodan)
  • Exit and turn right at top of ramp
  • Travel 9.4 miles to the 3rd stoplight
  • Turn left onto Hwy.770 West (Harrington Hwy) and go 1 block to the stop sign, and turn right
  • Boone & Cooke will be 1 block on the left

From Martinsville, Virginia

  • Take US 220 south through Ridgeway, VA.
  • Just south of Ridgeway, continue 10.8 miles to Hwy 770 (Stoneville/Eden)
  • Exit and turn left at top of ramp
  • Continue straight on this highway and Boone & Cooke is 8.2 miles on left.

From Martinsville, Virginia (alternate route from Ridgeway area)

  • Take US 220 south.
  • Just south of Ridgeway, take left at Eden exit (Hwy 87).
  • Continue straight on Hwy 87 south exactly 10 miles to West Kings Hwy. intersection (UNC Rockingham Hospital, CVS Pharmacy, McDonald's, etc).
  • Turn right onto West Kings Hwy. and continue 1.2 miles to 4th stoplight.
  • Turn left onto Washington Street and continue 1.8 miles.
  • Boone & Cooke will be on the right.

From Danville, Virginia - East Side

  • Take US 220 south.
  • Just south of Ridgeway, take left at Eden exit (Hwy 87).
