Our Payment Policy

We appreciate your trust in our firm and hope that the services you have selected are satisfactory in every way. In order to provide the services, merchandise, and cash advances you have arranged, payment for the full amount of the funeral contract must be paid at the conclusion of the arrangements. Payment Options include:

·Personal check, certified check, money order or cash payment in full

·Pre-Paid Funeral Arrangements

·Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)

·Verifiable/Assignable Insurance Policy Assignment. Note: We will file claims for you and provide assignment forms for you to complete. Please have the policy and beneficiary information available. We use an outside funding company to assist in assignments, therefore a 4% fee will be added.

Due to the realities of ongoing overhead and operational costs of offering professional funeral facilities, staff, and equipment to serve you, our firm is regretfully unable to offer in-house financing for funeral accounts. We can, however, assist you in arranging for third-party financing of accounts for your convenience. This option is available upon approval of your application by the financial institution that we submit to. Also, due to current North Carolina Statutory provisions pertaining to funeral expenses, and the uncertainty and variables pertaining to estates, we cannot extend in-house credit when the estate of the deceased is the source of payment. We are a small business that relies on prompt payment so that we can continue 24-hour service and serve our community.

Payment must be made at the conclusion of the arrangement conference. It is our policy to provide first-class service to everyone. We respect the dignity of those we serve and ask that if you are dealing with limited funds, please do not hesitate to tell us of your circumstances and we will tailor a service to fit your budget. We will never compromise a dignified funeral service as we are able to offer alternatives and options for any situation. Cash advance items are due before any services are rendered. Cash advance items are items that we will pay for on your behalf such as cemetery fees / grave opening and closing fees, flowers, honorariums, and certified death certificates, are just a few examples of cash advance items.
